Foundational Wedding Planning Calls are designed to help set you up for success in your planning. They’re perfect for couples who might not be able to or might not want to work with a full service wedding planner, but who still want a little nudge in the right direction from a seasoned wedding planner.

WHAT IS A FOUNDATIONAL PLANNING CALL?

It’s a 2 hour call, where we go through your budget, look at your booked and required vendors, and map out the run sheet with you for the day. We’ll give you supplier recommendations, and chat through how we would approach planning, to provide you advice specific to your wedding. We can also nut out any roadblocks you’re hitting with your planning, and help answer any questions you might have about the process.

We find this foundational call is a great addition to the early and mid stages of the planning process, to help set you up for success and make sure you’re on the right track with your planning

WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE FOLLOWING THE CALL?

  • Your personalised Wedding Briefing document, with an overview of the wedding, suppliers required, and our recommendations for suppliers to suit your style

  • A mapped out excel budget worksheet, with budget buckets aside for all your required suppliers

  • The bones of your run sheet, with key timings, notes, and things to consider as you move forward with your planning

  • A full copy of any other notes or solutions we’ve mapped out as part of the session
