• Sourcing your ultimate supplier dream team, perfectly suited to create your dream day

• Access to your own personalised client portal, with live budget, notes, timelines and checklist

• Live budget tracker to easily view your upcoming payments & due dates by week and month, meaning you always know exactly what payments are coming up and when

• An in person site visit at your venue/s to step through the design and layout in person with your experienced planning & styling team

• Additional planning meetings throughout the planning process, to make sure all boxes are ticked and you are fully supported every step of the way

• Unlimited email support during business hours (Tues - Fri 9am - 4.30pm) throughout the whole planning process

• Full development and management of your wedding day run sheet

• Floorplan design and management

• Access to our simple live seating chart tool, making guest seating allocation simple and easy to manage

• A final prep meeting 6-7 weeks prior to your big day to finalise run sheet timings, floorplan, on the day stationary and any other final details

• A wedding rehearsal, or final meeting in the final fortnight prior to the wedding to ensure you’re comfortable and confident walking into the day

• Coordination and on the day management of bump in, set up ceremony, reception & pack down
