• Full design of your wedding, to put together your styling moodboard and styling budget based on your brief

• A second meeting to review, edit, reshape and finalise the overarching design

• Sourcing and managing all styling suppliers, including:

  • Florals

  • Furniture hire

  • Tableware

  • Centrepieces

  • Candles

  • On the day stationary

  • Lighting

  • Other decor items as required

• Access to our online planning portal to track your total budget in line with the styling being arranged

• Design and management of floorplan

• Access to our simple live seating chart tool, making guest seating allocation simple and easy to manage

• A coordination handover meeting with you 5-6 weeks prior to your big day to review all suppliers booked, finalise run sheet timings, floorplan, guest seating, on the day stationary and any other final details

• Working side by side with you to develop your wedding day run sheet

• Taking on full supplier management of all booked suppliers in the last month leading up to the wedding and on the day to ensure everyone is fully briefed, and the day runs seamlessly

• A final rehearsal or meeting with you both to step through all the finer details and make sure you’re feeling confident and prepared walking into your day

• Coordination and on the day management of bump in, set up ceremony, reception & pack down
